ご利用条件
・日本国内に居住する旅行者・新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種歴(3回以上)又はPCR検査等で宿泊当日まで有効な陰性確認済。
ただし同居する親等の監護者が同伴する１２歳未満の方はワクチン・検査パッケージの適用外となるため必ずしも提示する必要はありません。

・宿泊当日に本人確認（マイナンバーカードや免許証、学生書等の公的身分証明）ができる書類（コピーやスマホ等の画像不可）を提示できること

ご注意
・チェックイン当日、上記の確認が出来ない場合、割引対象とはならず通常料金が請求されます。またその対応が不服でキャンセルされる場合は宿泊料金全額が請求されますことご承知ください。
・チェックイン時に行う検温で37.5以上の発熱や問診で倦怠感や悪寒を感じられた方がおられた場合グループ全員の宿泊をお断りさせて頂きます。その場合大変ご不便かとは思いますがキャンセル料（全額）が発生します事ご理解のほどお願いいたします。（ただし、このような場合、半年間有効の５０％オフのクーポンをお渡しします）

Conditions of Use

Travelers residing in Japan, who have been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus (3 or more times) or have a valid negative result confirmed by PCR test, etc. until the day of the stay.

However, those under 12 years of age who are accompanied by a parent or other caregiver living with them are exempt from the vaccine/test package and do not necessarily need to present the vaccine/test package.

The applicant must be able to present a document (no photocopies or images from smartphones, etc.) that can verify his/her identity (official identification such as a my number card, driver’s license, student ID card, etc.) on the day of the stay.

Please note

If the above cannot be confirmed on the day of check-in, you will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged the regular rate. If you are dissatisfied with the above, you will be charged the full room rate if you cancel your reservation.

If you have a fever of 37.5 or higher at the time of check-in, or if you feel fatigue or chills during the medical interview, we will not be able to accommodate the entire group. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding that a cancellation fee (full amount) will be charged. (However, in such a case, we will give you a 50% discount coupon valid for six months.)
